  My mom has used this facility for almost 20 years and has been very happy with them so I decided to take my wedding band in when I got engaged to get the band re sized. They charged me $40, then the silver they melted the ring back together came apart. I went in the other day they told me to leave it there and they would look it up to fix it and call me. The fallowing day they called me and told me it was going to be another $40 to fix it since it's been a little over a year. Never will I use y'all again it's a rip off. If I do work on someone's stuff and my work isn't properly done I wouldn't charge someone for my mistake!

  We just picked up my beautiful new wedding band designed just for me by Tanco Creations. I am just beyond pleased. To say it is beautiful really doesn't do it justice. I gave them an idea of what I wanted and then felt comfortable enough to say, "just do what you think is best." Well, the final product is well above my expectations. It is a show stopper! The attention to detail and hard work shown is more than something you can just pay for. I have found my jeweler! Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
